Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above AED 200 for UAE and Saudi Arabia. A small fee applies for orders below the threshold or for other countries.
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send you a return label and instructions.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can try to modify or cancel it. Contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once shipped, cancellation isn't possible but you can return it after delivery.
