Returns

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every order. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

1Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we may no longer be able to accept the return.

2Conditions for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

–In new, unused condition.

–With all original tags and labels attached.

–In the original packaging (including boxes, dust bags, protective wraps, and accessories).

–Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.

For beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and fragrances: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

3How to Start a Return

Contact us at [email protected] within the 30-day window and include: your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.

Our team will review your request and if approved: send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4Return Shipping Costs

–UAE & Saudi Arabia: Return shipping is free. We will provide a return label.

–International Orders: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours) at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.

6Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective on arrival:

–Opened or used beauty products, skincare, cosmetics, haircare, and fragrances.

–Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel if hygiene seals are removed.

–Personalized or custom-made items.

–Final sale / clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable.

–Gift cards and store credit.

7Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product: request a return for the original item, then once approved, place a new order.

8European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union and you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. The item must still meet the standard return conditions.

9Restocking Fees

–International Orders: A flat restocking fee of $25.00 USD will be deducted from your refund.

–UAE & Saudi Arabia Orders: No restocking fee applies.

10Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved: we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Note for International Orders: Refund = item price minus the $25.00 USD restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
